“When we got this opportunity to partner with East Africa’s Got Talent, we immediately jumped on it, ” said Sitoyo Lopokoyit, Chief financial services officer at Safaricom.

He said there was no one who loved and supported arts and culture like the late Safaricom CEO Bob Collymore.

“We are particularly aware of the need to develop our artists and to make sure that they earn from their craft, and that is why we will continue supporting platforms like East Africa’s Got talent and Songa,” he added.
